Joule iPad Stand Stylish, Overpriced

If you are looking for a stylish (and overpriced) iPad dock that will double as a great conversation starter then the Joule by ElementCASE should have little competition.

The Joule looks like an over-sized chrome business card holder. It has an aluminum stand that holds the iPad upright while a long rod extends along the back for stability. By the looks of the setup it would be an ideal way to use the iPad while multitasking in the kitchen or casually looking up information on a counter or desktop.

The Joule would also be good for one-handed use of your iPad without the need to grip onto its bottom.  This also may be a good way to display the screen saver feature that flips through the photo albums.

The Joule is pretty slick looking and definitely adds a nice aesthetic touch. But at $129 it certainly is billed as more of a luxury item.
